Valiqen AI System — An AI-Assisted Website Delivery Operating System
Active — Expanding
“A repeatable delivery system designed to make future projects faster, safer, easier to audit, and easier to hand off—while continuously capturing lessons that improve the next build.”
Valiqen website delivery workflow, step by step
Website projects move through 13 stages in order: Lead or client request, Discovery, Strategy, Design direction, Tool decision, Build, Cleanup, QA, Security review, SEO / Google / Analytics, Launch, Client handoff, Maintenance and reporting. At every stage a human approval checkpoint records: Approval needed, Approved by Jesus, Blockers, Next action. Specialized AI workflow roles support the stages, including: Creative Director, UX Strategist, Solution Architect, AI Platform Architect, Frontend Engineer, Backend Engineer, Security Engineer, Performance Engineer, SEO Engineer, Analytics Engineer, QA Testing Engineer, Launch Manager, Documentation Agent, Compliance Risk Agent. Every output is reviewed and approved by Jesus before the project advances.
01
Context & Problem
Delivering websites for real businesses involves far more than writing code: discovery, strategy, design direction, tool decisions, quality assurance, security review, SEO, analytics, launch, handoff, and maintenance all have to happen in a consistent, reviewable way. Without a system, every project starts from zero and quality depends on memory instead of standards.
02
Role
Founder, systems designer, and operator. Jesus designed the workflow, defined the specialized AI roles and standards, and remains the human decision-maker at every approval checkpoint.
03
Stakeholders & Users
- Valiqen clients — the businesses whose websites move through the system
- Jesus as operator — running discovery, approvals, and delivery
- Future collaborators — the system is documented so it can be taught and shared

05
System Architecture
- A staged delivery pipeline — lead or client request, discovery, strategy, design direction, tool decision, build, cleanup, QA, security review, SEO / Google / Analytics, launch, client handoff, and maintenance and reporting
- Specialized AI workflow roles assigned per stage, including Creative Director, UX Strategist, Solution Architect, Security Engineer, SEO Engineer, QA Testing Engineer, Launch Manager, and Documentation Agent
- Valiqen OS as the operational home base connecting leads, clients, projects, documents, weekly priorities, website delivery, AI workflows, quality checks, and organizational memory
- CRM logic and lead tracking feeding the front of the pipeline; documentation and reporting closing the loop at the end
06
Design Decisions
- Human approval checkpoints are central, not decorative: every stage records whether approval is needed, what Jesus has approved, current blockers, and the next action
- Reusable standards per role so quality does not depend on remembering past decisions
- Documentation is produced during delivery, not after it, so handoff material always exists
- The system represents a structured workflow with a human in charge — it is not, and does not claim to be, an autonomous operation

AI Tools & Human Checkpoints
Tools
- Claude and Claude Code
- Notion
- Next.js and TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- Supabase
- Vercel
- Google Analytics, Search Console, and Business Profile
Human Checkpoints
- Approval needed — stages pause until Jesus reviews the output
- Approved by Jesus — nothing ships without explicit sign-off
- Blockers — open questions are tracked, not skipped
- Next action — every stage ends with a clear, owned next step
08
Build & Integration
- Premium public website at valiqen.com presenting the brand and service model
- Discovery-through-maintenance workflows encoded as trackable stages
- Admin systems for managing projects, documents, and weekly priorities
- AI-assisted lead-generation workflow with every outreach step manually reviewed
09
Challenges & What Changed
- Turning an informal personal process into named stages that can be tracked and audited
- Deciding where AI assistance ends and human judgment begins — resolved by making approval checkpoints explicit at every stage
- Keeping documentation lightweight enough to actually maintain while complete enough to hand off
10
Results & Evidence
- The result is a repeatable delivery system designed to make future projects faster, safer, easier to audit, and easier to hand off—while continuously capturing lessons that improve the next build.
- Live client systems delivered
- Multiple
Additional evidence is pending verification and will be published once confirmed.
11
Handoff & Ownership
“The system is built around handoff by design: every project produces delivery documentation, decisions are recorded at each checkpoint, and lessons from each build are captured so the next project starts stronger.”
12
What I Would Improve Next
Collect performance and client-impact evidence from deployed projects so the system's results can be shown with verified numbers, and continue expanding the Website Delivery OS.
